Role
- Take the lead in carrying out an Environmental Review of the school environment, covering the following eight areas: Litter, Waste, Energy, Water, Transport, School Grounds, Healthy Living and Global Citizenship
- Create an action plan based on the Environmental Review
- Ensure that the wider school and community is aware of the Eco-Schools programme and represented in the decision-making process by informing and involving
- To support pupils in developing a healthy life style to benefit themselves and the environment
This year’s Eco-Committee has been selected! Congratulations to all our representatives from Year 1 all the way up to Year 6. They are proudly wearing their badges around school.
Their next big job will be to carry out an ‘Environmental Audit’ of the school to see what we can focus on to improve what we do. Watch this space…!
