FoSS (Friends of Salusbury School)
A big welcome to FoSS – We’re the parent and teacher association for Salusbury Primary School.
We’re are a voluntary group of parents, carers and staff from our school. Please read on as there are various ways you can make a difference (big or small ) to support our school and raise funds to benefit our children.
What We Do
We support the great work and ethos of Salusbury School. FoSS organises fun, inclusive community events across the year to raise money towards school trips, improving the facilities and enhancing the learning experience for all our children.
FoSS wants to connect parent/carers further with our school and community.
How FoSS Funds Make a Difference
We work together with the school leadership team to agree how the funds are spent.
Recent funding has gone towards:
- Early Years Art Room
- Design and Technology Room
- Laptops and iPads
- Playground Playground and other improvements including new toilets
- Sports and classroom equipment
- School wide study weeks (including Arts week / Spanish week / Science week)
- Class workshops, trips & special visits
- School productions
- Library books
And more!
This year we’re fundraising to support the school’s new Language Lab!
